I am grateful for that because of the man I was supposed  marry didn&#8217;t work out. He was a jerk. Here is the issue. I had a rare case of hormonal issues from the pregnancy. I was 3 months pregnant with the all the &#8220;fun&#8221; stuff that comes with the pregnancy. Strangly the weight gain was a problem even after the miscarriage because of the HCG left in my system. It stayed for quite sometime after Doctor visits and tests. Finally it disipated. Thyroid test were done and that is fine. The rest of my body has been in great shape. I can&#8217;t seem to get rid of the belly fat since. I&#8217;ve gone to a low carb diet which seem to help. Unless I torture myself with crunch excersizes and lots of it. I don&#8217;t mind doing it and that will do the trick to flatten for me. It&#8217;s just that I am a working woman that has little time and when I do, I just want to relax. When I stop doing the excersizes, the tummy will come back. Anyone have any ideas?<br/><br/></div>

<p>I have a lot of friends that are successfully doing the hCG diet, and I would love to try it.  HOWEVER, I&#8217;m a skeptic about any diet that does not allow you to exercise.<br />
I&#8217;ve read that the hCG can help firm your skin as you lose the weight, but I&#8217;d like to hear from someone who&#8217;s actually lost a ton of weight from the diet.</p>
<p>1) Did you notice &#8220;saggy-ness&#8221; after losing so much weight w/out exercise?<br />
2) Did you have a hard time keeping the weight off after finishing the diet?  If so, were you following a normal, healthy maintenance plan that included regular, moderate exercise (not just a walk around the block a couple times a week).</p>
<p>I&#8217;m already on a normal &#8220;diet &#038; exercise&#8221; plan that has made me feel better, but I&#8217;m not losing lbs &#8211; except for a few &#8220;quick lbs&#8221; that I lost in the first week.<br />
I would stick with the healthy, normal plan to lose weight long term, but there&#8217;s something specific that I need to lose significant weight for, and that &#8220;something&#8221; will be here in less than 3 months.  Also, I&#8217;m wanting to be able to jog around my neighborhood, but I can only do it on the elliptical due to an immediate asthmatic response when I jog on foot <img src='http://www.clublapensionresort.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />    I know that losing weight will take  stress off my lungs, and I want to be able to push myself harder, sooner.<br/><br/></div>
